We Care For People
Care That Starts With Connection
This Is Personal To Us
Elite Care Central Coast was built from lived experience - not in a boardroom. It started at home - navigating systems, supporting family, and learning the hard way what care should and shouldn’t feel like.
We know how hard it is to find support that makes sense for what you really need. We believe that the best support happens when people feel known, safe, and genuinely cared for.

Built From Lived Experience
We’ve sat across from people who didn’t listen. So now, we make sure people feel heard.

This is care that turns up, has a cuppa, and helps you live your life your way. Just a good team, good conversations, and support that fits your life.

Behavioural Support Is Where We Began
Complex Doesn’t Scare Us
We know how to help people who have been turned away by others.

We’ve worked across group homes, high needs, trauma, forensic services - all the stuff most people avoid. We’re confident in the chaos, calm in the tough moments, and clear when you need direction.
Calm in the Chaos
We’ve worked in emergency placements, high-stress transitions, and places where things were already falling apart.

We’re calm, straight-talking, and good in a crisis. That’s why so many participants with complex needs feel safe here.
Meet The Team

I am a person who loves to help people, my best days are ones where everyone around me is happy. There is always a sense of achievement when I have been able to help someone move from a dark space to a space where they feel a sense of control and freedom.
Why Elite Care Central Coast was born
Knowing that one does their best when they are doing something that they are good at. With the connections that I had built up in previous roles, I had organically aligned myself with quality staff who I knew demonstrated the same values and work ethics in support delivery. We also had staff asking, “Can you help me?” Elite Care was born with a desire to help everyone. Staff and clients both benefit when we engage in activities that bring us all happiness. Focusing on a win/win was are fuel for growth.
My focus on the year ahead
My focus for the year ahead is being of value to our clients and their networks. By building my teams strength and knowledge in the Mental Health and disability space in promoting our clients service in achieving goals. Building supports by wrapping services around our clients in achieving goals where our clients feel apricated, valued, and heard.

Michael is the guy who keeps Elite Care NSW moving forward — part organiser, part motivator, part problem-solver. As General Manager, apart from the everyday running of the business, he is also excited about growing Elite Care NSW and making a “refreshing difference” that has contributed to Elite Care NSW being what it is today. With more than 30 years of experience in owning businesses and working for large organisations, Michael has a knack for building strong teams and helping people grow — both within the organisation and in the community.
Family is at the centre of his world. Married to Lisa since 2002, they’ve built not only a business but also a legacy of care inspired by their own lived experiences with disability in their family. Michael is a proud dad, husband, and occasional family taxi driver (though he insists his playlist is better than his kids think).
When he’s not managing the business, staff, or interacting with participants, you’ll usually find Michael down at the beach, enjoying a weekend barbecue, or watching his son play football (soccer, the real football). He’s also known to attempt cooking — some meals are a triumph, others… let’s say the smoke alarm gets a workout.
What really drives Michael is his belief that support work is more than a job — it’s about trust, relationships, and a good laugh along the way. He’s convinced that humour belongs in care just as much as compassion and spreadsheets, and anyone who’s worked alongside him will tell you he’s usually right.

Hi, I’m Amanda – Care and Compliance Coordinator at Elite Care Central Coast. I’ve been in aged care and disability support for 17 years, working in everything from team leader to supervisor roles, and now helping to keep all the moving parts of care and compliance running smoothly. Some people say I’ve basically grown up in this sector – which might explain why I drink so much coffee.
The truth is, it doesn’t feel like work when you genuinely love what you do. I’m passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, especially in the disability sector. Supporting people to live the life they want, breaking down barriers, and being part of those “lightbulb” moments is what keeps me showing up every day with a smile (and, let’s be honest, probably a sarcastic comment or two).
I also specialise in dementia care and mental health, areas that are close to my heart. For me, it’s about more than just support – it’s about building trust, creating connections, and making sure people feel seen and heard. And if we can add a bit of laughter into the mix? Even better.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of three daughters, which means most of my weekends are spent at netball games – sometimes cheering, sometimes freezing on the sidelines, always running on snacks. When I’m not at a court, I’m happiest spending time with my family, catching up with friends, or meeting new people (preferably over coffee – are you sensing a theme yet?).
I love good banter, I love people, and I love being part of a team that really cares. At the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about: making a difference, having a laugh, and remembering that care is as much about heart as it is about compliance.

Quiet, thoughtful, and brilliant with participants who don’t warm up easily. Andrew builds trust where others can’t. He’s a big hit with kids, teens, and anyone who needs space.
Hi, my name is Andrew and disability care has always been very close to my heart, stemming from growing up with a brother who has a disability. I’ve seen first-hand the impact it had on my family and learned the importance of compassion and patience, along with a perspective on the challenges individuals with disabilities face.
I started my nursing journey in 2021, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and quickly gained valuable experience at Concord Hospital. Over the years, I’ve worked in various wards, including a gastrointestinal and upper GI ward, as well as a psychogeriatric ward, where I learned firsthand what it takes to provide top-notch care in diverse settings.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, fishing, playing most sports, and geeking out over cars. I like to say I’m always “outdoorsy,” unless, of course, there’s a comfy couch and a good snack within reach.

I’m Talia, and I’ve been part of the Elite Care Central Coast team since 2023. I started out as a support worker, a role I loved because it gave me the chance to build genuine connections with participants. In 2024, I moved into the office as part of the admin team—though I like to call myself the “admin manager.”
Supporting people has always been something close to my heart. Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a primary school teacher, so I really enjoy moments where I get to combine teaching with disability support, especially when working with kids. Seeing their growth and watching them develop new skills is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me at the gym (I go most days of the week) or spending time with friends and family. Being a coastie, I love summer days by the beach, soaking up the sun and chasing my Italian tan. I also have a big interest in all things crystals and all things spiritual—something I happily inherited from my mum.

Focus On What Works
Help Where It Matters Most
We work with children, teens, adults, and older people. Support can happen at home, in the community, or in our group space at Tuggerah.

We’re not here to do everything. Just the things we do well.
Backed By Real Life, Not Just Training
We Know The System - And Its Gaps
Elite Care Central Coast didn’t start in a boardroom.
It started with family - raising children with disabilities, navigating the NDIS, and finding out what doesn’t work.
That’s why we’re different. We’re not trying to sound polished. We’re trying to do the job properly.

Matching People With People
You Deserve The Right Person
We don’t just throw workers into shifts.
We listen, learn, and find the right fit - someone who suits your energy, your routines, and your sense of humour.

When support feels easy, everything else starts working better too.
We Don’t Pretend To Be Perfect
We’ll Tell You The Truth
There’s no head office energy here. We’re not trying to look fancy or sound like an ad.

We’ll have the hard conversations. We’ll treat your family like real people - not clients on a spreadsheet.
Let’s Keep It Simple
If you want to meet us, call us. If you want to refer someone, send through the form. If you’re curious, just come by.
